What began as a passion for creating thoughtful gifts for family and friends gradually evolved into Heidi’s House of Hobbies, LLC—a boutique studio dedicated to creating distinctive, handcrafted pieces designed to be both beautiful and meaningful. From her home studio in Calvert County, Maryland, Heidi carefully selects, customizes, and produces each piece herself. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern precision tools such as laser cutting, engraving, sublimation, and resin finishing, she creates refined décor and personalized gifts that stand apart from mass-produced products. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted, customized, and finished by hand, often produced in limited quantities to maintain quality and individuality.

Her collections include engraved wood pieces, layered designs, slate and glass gifts, custom keepsakes, and original fluid-art works. She shares life with her retired veteran husband, their two sons, and their dog Skoshii, and the importance of home, celebration, and meaningful moments influences much of what she creates.
